When you are in the process of writing your application, you can post in this board. Once an administrator notices your application is done, it will either be moved to the ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS or the DENIED APPLICATIONS. You have four days to complete your application, unless you request for more time, in which case your application will have to be rather excellent.
